Dear Members and Friends of the Blues,
I’d like to express my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who helped to make the Lipz Wilson Benefit such a huge success! Not only did we have a night filled with amazing music, we also succeeded in raising over $1,000 to help one of our own.
Over the years, Lipz has been a cornerstone of the Las Vegas Blues community. An incredible blues artist, he has also been a friend and an inspiration to both established and aspiring musicians throughout the Vegas Valley. It was wonderful to see him up on stage again doing what he does so well!
A special thank you to the businesses and individuals who donated raffle prizes for the benefit. We would like to give a special “shout out” to Lisa Guerena and Bar 702, Guitar Center, Sam Ash Music, Dr. Duck, Fun City, RockShotzz Photography, Rockin' Billy, Barb Brannen and Tina Merced. We are extremely grateful for your generosity and your continued support.
I would also like to thank all of the Las Vegas Blues Society members who took an active role in putting this benefit together. Your ongoing dedication and your gifts of time and resources help to make the Las Vegas Blues Society a strong and vibrant organization. Thanks for doing your part to keep the blues alive!
